These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Poqantka, a digital online English learning platform. By creating an account, using the website or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

Poqantka provides online access to digital English learning materials, including interactive lessons, stories, reading and listening practice, clickable text translations, vocabulary tools and other learning features.

1. About Poqantka

Poqantka is an online platform for people learning English. The service is delivered digitally through the website after login. There are no physical goods and no shipping.

2. Account registration

To use some parts of the platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.

3. Subscription

Poqantka Premium is a monthly digital subscription. The current price is shown on our Pricing page. The subscription gives you online access to premium learning materials and tools while your subscription is active.

Prices may be shown excluding or including applicable taxes depending on the checkout settings and the customer’s location.

4. Payments

Payments and subscription billing are processed by Paddle. Paddle may appear on your payment statement and may collect the information required to process your payment, subscription and any applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access will continue or end according to the cancellation option available in your account or checkout settings.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because Poqantka is a digital online subscription, refunds are reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Poqantka in a way that breaks the law, disrupts the platform, harms other users, attempts to access accounts or data without permission, or tries to copy, scrape, resell or misuse our content or systems.

8. Intellectual property

The content, lessons, stories, text, audio, video, design and learning materials on Poqantka are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may use them for your own personal learning only. You must not copy, redistribute, sell or publish them without permission.

9. Learning results

Poqantka is designed to support English learning, but we do not guarantee a specific learning result, exam result, job outcome or level of fluency. Your progress depends on your own use, practice and circumstances.

10. Availability

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, updates or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

11. Changes to the service or terms

We may update the platform, features, prices or these Terms from time to time. The latest version of these Terms will be available on this page.
